Dr. Prashant is a renowned Behavioural Scientist and Consulting Hypnotherapist based in Ahmedabad.
With a rich clinical experience of over 16 years, he currently heads the Dept. of Behavioral Sciences at IKDRC, Civil Hospital, in Ahmedabad. He delivers lectures in clinical psychology at post-graduate level and trains counsellors at M ‘Power Academics, in Ahmedabad.
He has delivered talks, given demonstrations, conducted hundreds of self-empowerment seminars, workshops & awareness shows of hypnosis in various prestigious institutions & organisations like Rotary & Rotaract Clubs, Lions & Leo Clubs, JCS, Various Boards of Aga Khan Services, besides various medical colleges, government establishments & undertakings and corporate houses like Tata, IFFCO, KRIBHCO, Everest, Core Group etc., in various cities and towns across India and abroad.
Dr. Prashant’s major areas of expertise are Stress Management, Self Development, Self Hypnosis, Art of Fine Parenting and Marital Relationships.He has published a number of research papers and articles on various topics in his area of work besides co-authoring a publication, which is prescribed as a textbook for students of Gujarat University.
He writes a regular column related to Mental Fitness in the daily newspaper ‘Divya Bhaskar’. His interviews are frequently published in many print media like The Times of India, The Pioneer, Femina, Dainik Bhaskar, India Today, Chitralekha, Gruhshobha and are often broadcast on the electronic media like All India Radio, BBC Radio, Zee TV, Aaj Tak, IBN 7, TV 9. He is also a regular counselor on Radio City 91.1 FM
